- Is buying on GeraMarket always free for customers?
- Yes. Buyers never pay a platform fee. Customers pay only for products and any applicable shipping costs β all clearly shown before checkout.
- How does commission work?
- Commission is deducted automatically when a sale is completed. On Free (8%), commission is 8% of the sale. On Seller Pro (5%) commission is 5%, and on Business (3%) commission is just 3%.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
- Yes. Change your plan at any time from your seller dashboard. Upgrades are effective immediately β the new commission rate applies from your next sale. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed the 10-product limit on the Free plan?
- You will be prompted to upgrade before publishing additional products. All your existing 10 listings remain active and visible to buyers β nothing is removed.
- Do sellers earn GeraCoins on GeraMarket?
- Yes. Sellers earn GeraCoins on every completed sale and on paid subscription payments. GeraCoins can be spent across any Gera product β Heliodoc, Wrkdo, GeraEats, GeraJobs, and more.
